Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use this website, our free tools, and our compliance kit.

Effective date: 2 June 2026 · Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AMLCompliant website and any tools, templates, guides or materials we provide (the “Services”). AMLCompliant is a service operated by Axior Labs (ABN 91 949 773 596) of Bendigo, Victoria, Australia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. General information — not advice

Our content, tools and document templates are provided as general information only. They are not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice and do not take account of your specific circumstances.

  • We are not a law firm and we do not provide regulated advice.
  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome with AUSTRAC or any other regulator. No one can honestly promise that buying or using a template will make you “compliant” — compliance depends on how you implement and follow your program for your own business.
  • You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations. You should confirm your obligations with AUSTRAC or a qualified adviser.

We describe our templates as mapped to / designed to support obligations under Australia’s AML/CTF framework. We do not describe them as “government-approved” or “AUSTRAC-approved”, because they are not.

3. Early access and founding pricing

The full compliance kit is in final preparation. Joining our early-access list does not create an obligation to buy. Where we offer a founding or early-access price, we will honour the price applicable at the time you complete a purchase. Prices are in Australian dollars and shown inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Free tools

Our free tools (such as the risk-assessment generator) are provided “as is” for general guidance. Results are based on the information you enter and the assumptions built into the tool; they are a starting point, not a definitive assessment of your obligations.

5. Licence and intellectual property

All content, designs and templates are owned by Axior Labs or its licensors and are protected by law. If you purchase a kit, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to adapt and use the materials within your own business. You must not resell, redistribute, sub-licence or publish the materials except where you purchase a tier that expressly grants white-label or resale rights, and then only in accordance with that licence.

6. Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Services.
  • Don’t misrepresent our materials as regulated advice or as endorsed by any regulator.

7. Guarantees and refunds

Where we publish a satisfaction or money-back guarantee for a paid product, we will honour it on the terms stated at the point of sale. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the relevant materials or refunding the amount you paid for them. This clause does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party websites (for example, AUSTRAC). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
